Customer buys collar and dog tag tht adds up to $50+ but buys a pack of mediocre quality dog food tht costs $12.50. She refuses to pay anything more than tht. Excuse was tht her dogs are sensitive.

Same customer brings friend into shop to buy things for new dog. Bought $50 worth of collars but refuses to let friend buy the kibble i'm reccommending. Which is NV. Excuse was 'I dont like the brand becos its new in the market'

'I am not comfortable with this brand. Protein content too high and later the dogs will get kidney problems. Dog cannot digest high protein food'
