i am back from KL. It was tiring and because we set out around 2am, I got to see nothingness during the entire ride. Just black black and more black. Luckily the moon came out halfway and it was a full moon. So we had a nice torchlight shinning at us along the way.

We reached KL around 5.30am and drove to find a friend's place. We finally settled at this old roti prata store which i refused to order anything. My friend, Raymond ordered his prata and tea. We left Louis, the pig sleeping inside the car.

After which, we stopped by this hotel and they all took a leak and went to poo poo. I tried but nothing happened. Funny country because at 6am, we could hear prayers from loudspeakers from dunno where along the street but you couldn't see anyone. EEK!

Anyways, we found our way to Raymond friend's house. He shows Min Pins and he has like 4 of them with one nursing puppies! He also has a really cute tenterfield terrier (thts wht he said) but it looked like just a prick eared JRT. o well! He's really cute tho, tht tenerfield dog. His name is DONNY, like some big shot mafia but he is so tiny and friendly. Reminds us of Tohza.

We waited for raymond's friend whose name is Danning to be ready. At first i kept saying 'danny danny'. Then someone said 'nola D-a-n-n-i-n-g'. Ok...
He's pretty nice cos he served us breakfast . HEHHEE.

8+am: we set off for the Malaysian Kennel Association Dog Show at some stadium. When we reached, I was quite shocked cos there were so little dogs but i thought maybe it was still early. The venue is pretty small too. We set up our tables and stuffs and I started walking around. I saw many big working dogs like Huskies, Dobermans... etc..

The Terrier group was PATHETIC. I was so upset with it. Needless to say about the JRTS. I nearly fainted. The group consisted of 2 kerry blues, 3 jrts, 2 smooth foxes, 1 staffordshire and i forgot wht not.

It was easily the louisiest group showing. We talked a bit to the Jrt people and they don't seem keen in getting their dogs all nice and tidied. One of them looked like Fran and I so want to bring her home with me looking at the sad state they are in and they are all good dogs. All from a renowned top winning kennel in OZ. When i touched the fran-look a like, all she had on her body was skin and bones and lots of hair No muscles, no flesh. The owner didnt bother grooming her on show day, let alone stripping her. One of the Jrts was also shown on the normal pet COLLAR AND LEAD. We were appalled but after looking at the jrts, nothing amazes us anymore.

We hear the dogs tht usually win is the kennel club's president's dog and dogs from the commitee. True enough the BIS tht day was a GSD but it was a nice one, i have to give credit for that.

Highlight of the day was Junior handling. SO many young kids compared to here and they get a cash price if they win first place and they get to compete with the older kids and if they win. they get $2000 which i think its really good to perk up their interest in dog showing/handling!!!
